SOLD

I can't believe it. Five days on the market and our house is sold. It was the young guy who knocked on our neighbor's door to meet him, and also tested out backing his car with a trailer hooked on up the driveway (the weird thing about that was he didn't tell Matt he was the one who had made an offer and was considering our counter offer). Anyhow he (they?) countered our counter and we accepted it. We're still out a few thousand to cover his closing costs but at least we are getting more than the listing price. I always knew it would be a young couple to buy the home. I hope they love it; we put a lot of sweat and tears into that place. I am so ready for a new project though.
