So Matt and I have been searching the house to find pacifiers. We even
recently purchased more. All the more reason to break him (eventually;
let's get him sleeping reliably first). Then one day as he was playing
in his crib, I was cleaning up and moved a box that was on his changing
table. Suddenly I discovered a little horde of SEVEN pacifiers!! He
must've been tossing them from his crib through the bars down to that
shelf (because the side next to the crib is also open). Smart.
For Labor Day, we met my parents at Steelhead Falls for a dip in the icy Deschutes River.

could be just babbling, but I think not. As I carried him upstairs and asked if he was ready for his bath, he started saying "baaa. Baaa." He kept it up as he was being undressed and in the tub. It's basically the best video I've ever seen. No joke- I've watched it like 10x already. First word??
